Data loss is for sure a huge a problem for many of us. Sometimes its deleted mistakenly other times someone else deletes some of your data or just because the hard drive decided to take a hike you might have to re-do loads and loads of work. Here is a little solution for that, but data re-covery is not a 100% gurenteed process. What i mean is i cannot and will not give gurentee that all or any data (in some cases) that have been lost can be recovered. Any way its worth a try. I am gona be using a software calles R-Studio. After searching and testing many softwares this is the one i really really like. It is very user friendly and serching is very easy with this software. Here is a little "howto" that i put to gether.
NOTE; This is just a simple "howto" i've written and nothing is gurenteed. Any of this might not be the way it is done or there might be some other ways to do it or you may find slight changes in the process. If you do not understand or have any trouble with the software or this "howto" please notify me and i will see what i can do.
Okay now thats done lets start. At First you will have to get the software. As I have mentioned earlier the software i am going to use is called R-Studio (version 3.0 (Build 123025)). Below is a download link for that software with the link to its official website.
Download Link; http://rapidshare.de/files/18890050/rso.rar.html
password; www.projectw.org
Official WebSite; http://www.r-tt.com
Once you have downloaded the software install it. You might have to re-start the pc, ifso re-start it. If the Hard Drive that you want to recover data from is not installed already install it and make sure you have enough free space on another Hard Drive (Not the one you are recovering the data from).
If you've done that you are ready to recover. Now the software should show all of your Hard Drives if they are correctly installed and in working condition. From there right click the desired Drive (the hard disk from which you want to recover the files) and you should see "Scan" select that. See Image Below

Once selected a little box would pop through which you can make you desired settings. I would recommend for you to select to save the scan file since the scan takes a long time and once you lose the software you will have to re-scan otherwise. If you saved the scan file you can simply load it by right clicking the drive and selecting "Open Scan Information". See Image Below

The scanning takes a long time (depending on your hard drive size) I used a 120GB Hard Disk and i had to leave the pc to do it's work for about 20minutes or so. See Image Below

When the scanning process completes it would display any partitions that were made in the hard disk (if any were made). Now you can simply double click the partition and it will display the files that were init at anytime. See Image Below

Now you can browse through those files and check the ones you want to recover. Right Click and you'll find "Recover Marked" select that.

This will ask you where to save the files that are being recovered. Select the destination (make sure it isnt the same as the source, the hard disk you are recovering from) sit back and let the software do its magic
. See Image Below

This is the end of this little "howto" and hope this helped you guys. If there is any doubt or any question about this please notify me and i will see what i can do. Enjoy
